Evaluation of Symptoms of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder in COVID-19 First Line Staff in Iran

The outbreak of the Corona pandemic at end 2019 has led to an increase in workload among first-line staff patient care centers. aim this study was evaluate symptoms PTSD corona first line and other Iranian hospitals. This cross-sectional conducted 2020 COVID-19 hospitals general sample consisted 90 hospital 92 who were selected by convenience sampling. Checklist for DSM-5 (PCL-5) also research tool. One-way analysis variance through SPSS 19 software used analyze data. result shows that front-line had higher levels than (p<0.001). Also, female experience more male COVIDe19 hospital(p=0.025). According result, it can be said virus Iran, rate is staff. these people, women have symptoms. reason considered exposure quarantine conditions, death severe virus, ambiguity treatment prognosis disease. staff, which indicates need provide psychological services group.
